Classes and workshops are educational and skill-focused, often open to the public, and may include group discussion. They are not therapy and are not meant to replace individual, couples or group therapy sessions.
No — our offerings are open to anyone who would benefit from the topic.
Class sizes vary, but most have between 6–20 participants to allow for connection and interaction.
We offer both in-person and virtual options. The format for each class will be listed in the registration details.
Most classes and workshops are 60–90 minutes. Multi-session workshops will have the schedule outlined when you register.

Because they are educational in nature, they are not covered by insurance. We aim to keep fees accessible.

It’s normal to feel that way! Participation is encouraged but never forced; you can choose how much you want to share.
