Hiya! My name is Kameryn, and I am so glad you found your way to Soulfully Rooted Wellness.

I am a social worker, doula, yogi, gardener and mother to two little ones. What I love about all of my roles is the opportunity to slow down and support growth. With my therapeutic clients, I do the same. We approach this emotional healing work steady, intentionally, and in awe of the transformations (big or small!). I walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, and a touch of humor along the way. Whether you’re processing a difficult birth, reconnecting with your body, deeping your relationships, or rediscovering your sense of self, I’m here for it. All of it.

Before I was a therapist, I spent about a decade working with children. Because of this, I also find much joy in working with children and their families. Children are emotional beings like the rest of us, and deserve the support and empathy of adults who want to hear their story. Their choice of self expression is both individual to who they are, and similar to so many children today. I am honored to hold space, and support their parents and/or siblings in doing the same.

My style is collaborative, grounded in realness, and eclectic. I don’t believe that one modality fits all situations, let alone all individuals. Therefore, I bring a blend to various modalities like CBT, mindfulness, IFS, somatic practices and more to our sessions.

When I am not in session, I am in my garden, blasting my favorite artists of the moment (currently Megan Thee Stallion, Brent Fiayaz, and Justin Beiber to name a few!), or trying my hand at a new hobby (crochet is what I am working on currently!). I love to yap, giggle, and spend time healing my own nervous system. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect.
