Because Every Birth Story Deserves to Be Heard
Have you experienced or witnessed a birth with traumatic or unexpected events?
Do you find yourself replaying the same moments from your birth? Stirring up to feeling of regret, sadness or confusion
Perhaps your birth went according to the “plan”, but you are still stunned or disappointed by it- weeks, months or even years later?
ALL OF THESE FEELINGS ARE NORMAL
Every birth experience is unique, and so is the way we process it. Whether the birth went according to plan or was filled with unexpected turns, the story you carry can shape how you feel about yourself, your body, and your journey into parenthood.
These sessions are not about judging what happened, but about honoring your voice, validating your feelings, and helping you find a sense of peace.
