Yes! We are in network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and United/Optum/Oxford. Please check with us for the most current information regarding your insurance coverage.  We also offer private pay and sliding scale options.

It’s not a therapy session- just a low-pressure space to explore fit, ask question and see if we feel like the right match for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come to therapy for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or ongoing growth. We will work together to find a pace and timeline that fits your goals, needs and lifestyle.

Both! We offer in person and virtual (telehealth) sessions. Our in person sessions are held at our office in Plano, Texas. We will help you find the format that best fits your needs.
