Hiya! I’m Krystal and I’m grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself to you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating difficult life experiences. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and focuses on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

I specialize in maternal mental health, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and supporting individuals navigating major life transitions. I also have experience working with families facing serious medical conditions and caregiving roles, including pediatric cancer. These experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy with deep compassion and respect for the resilience people carry through incredibly difficult seasons.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused approaches, Brainspotting, and EFT tapping. At the heart of my work is collaboration. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where your experiences, strengths, and goals guide the process.

In addition to my clinical work, I am currently pursuing my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, which allows me to continue deepening my understanding of relational healing and systemic approaches to care.

Above all, I believe in the possibility of growth and transformation, even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to build.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, caring for my growing collection of plants, and watching football.
