Valencia Scott has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Training and Development.  She recently retired from SAP as a Learning Management Senior Specialist. During her time with the organization, she was also a North America Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador, virtual facilitator for several soft skills courses, Business Women’s Network Core Team Member, and Brand Ambassador.

Outside of her professional life, Valencia is actively involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor2.0 Program and served for four years on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Collin County Board.  Also, she enjoys spending time with family/friends, traveling, volunteering at church, and planning events. 

 In addition, Valencia obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
